16 Julio, Huécija: Fiestas Patronales en Honor a Nuestra Señora La Virgen Del Carmen
Nuestra Señora la Virgen del Carmen is the patron saint of the town of Huécija and devotion goes back to 1878, is related to the plegaria at the time the that the cholera epidemic hit the province. 2 y 3 Mayo, Huécija: Fiesta de la "Cruz de Mayo"

Church of the Annunciation Huécija
(XVI-XVIII century). This parish church replaced the original built in the second half of the sixteenth century and burned with the Moorish rebellion of 1568. Church of the Convent of the Augustinians
(XVI-XIX century). Presiding over the hamlet of Huécija, this volume highlights the Church of the Convent of the Augustinian Fathers of Santa Maria de Jesus with its graceful bell tower, baroque jewel of provincial and declared of Cultural Interest in 1992. Its origin is linked to delivery to D. Gutierre de Cardenas, VII Duke of Maqueda, the territory of the former taha de Marchena in return for services rendered to the crown in the war of Granada. At his death in 1503 his widow, Mrs. Teresa Enriquez, commanded create this convent as an element of indoctrination and Christianization before a majority of Moorish population. The original convent, the first half of the sixteenth century, with its church and cloister annex was destroyed during the Moorish rebellion of 1568, dying its 13 refugee monks in the tower, the only element that has survived that first building. February 3, Huecija: Fiestas de San Blas
Festivities in honor of Our Patron "San Blas" traditionally are the most emblematic Huécija Township. The traditional ringing of bells and firing of rockets announce the star of the holidays.
