Bayarcal Harbor Trail Ragua GR7/GR140

Bayárcal, our starting point is the highest located village in the province of Almería. It is located by the border of the province of Granada, in the south side of Chullo, (2,609 m.) The highest point of Almeria.

Our destination is the port of La Ragua, where today the completion of various winter activities and possible mountain: skiing, sledding, hiking, mountain bike tours, horseback riding, etc..

Our route crosses the GR7 and GR140 trails in this area for a few kilometers match.

The trail crosses the typical terraces of the Alpujarra, with its stone walls slate. Although the path is well marked must be careful with the crosses that lead to gardens and old farmhouses.
